Army Unit Coins

Each unit in the army has its own unit coin for its officers. The usual logo on each army unit coin is different from the other units’ logo. The logo shows that the coin belongs to which unit and the officers incase of emergency can be reported with the help of his coin to his relevant unit. Most of the people carry these coins in special leather pouches around their neck or in an inner pocket where these coins are safe and out of the eye of the intelligence of the enemy. Some of the army unit coins have a special prayer written on one side of the coin. This prayer is read by the officers when ever they feel helpless and can’t find a way out of their problem, it has been reported that by reading the prayer the officers have been able to calm their nerves and think clearly. This way they have been able to find a solution to what ever problem they are facing.

The usual army unit coins have the pictures of tanks, pistols, officers fighting, eagles, etc. The challenge coins are passed on to the young ones in generations as a reminder of their elders who were a part of a special force with the army. The coins also have the year of their minting on them which can tell how old the coin is. The old coins are termed as antiques and are sold for very high prices to museums that collect challenge coins from all over the world.
